Team Building - Initiative Activities

Yes we can do the ‘High Risk Perception’ activities but we found them to be (i) costly to clients and ourselves. (ii) Difficult to justify (iii) Likely to have less long term benefits than our current programs.

Doing an activity that takes us so far out of our comfort zone increases the difficulty with drawing real parallels with office life. We know you’re not going to drop that colleague in front of everyone but the sniping behind their back won’t stop will it?
